NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for a Decree of Foreclosure and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on the 24th day of January, 2013, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me, directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from said Defendant Al's Cabinets, Inc.; and that Dave Bellows, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 22nd day of March, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in the lobby of the Dakota County Sheriff's Office, Dakota County Law Enforcement Center, 1580 Highway 55, in the City of Hastings, in said County and State, the premises and real estate located in Dakota County, Minnesota and described in said Order, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, Southcross Corporate Center, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder in and for Dakota County, Minnesota.
Commonly known as: 14255 Burnsville Parkway West, Burnsville, Minnesota.
Tax Parcel Number: 02-71000-01-010
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
