Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 28, 2013 in the City Council Chambers located in Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota to consider the request of Michael Dailey to operate an auto repair business at 1806 Vermillion Street. The property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 18, LEDUCS W G ADDITION.

Before the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings Planning Department

with questions. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing and make comment.
