LEGAL NOTICE – Hearing on Otero Avenue Improvement

Notice is hereby given that the town board of Ravenna Township will meet at the town hall at 20425 Red Wing Blvd, Hastings, MN January 31, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to consider paving Otero Avenue from Hwy 316 to 6,350 feet west pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $241,100. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. A copy of the feasibility study is posted on the Town’s website

www.ravennatwpmn.govoffice2.com under NEWS. Those persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
