Richard and Karen Beskau- 12260 Margo Avenue S. (former Crashed Toys site).
Request is for a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a commercial trucking operation including outdoor storage of trailers and service/maintenance of
equipment and indoor boat storage.
Applicant is also requesting an Interim Use Permit for short-term kenneling of
Applicant's show dogs, dog grooming school and grooming services
(business and retail).
Interested persons are encouraged to attend.
