DAKOTA COUNTY REGIONAL PARKS PROPERTY FOR RENT

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY FOR RENT IN DAKOTA COUNTY REGIONAL PARKS

Sealed bids will be received up until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31, 2012, at the Dakota County Western Service Center, 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Physical Development Division Reception Desk, Apple Valley, MN 55124, for the lease of certain County-owned properties in 2013. These properties are in Lake Byllesby Regional Park in Randolph Township, Spring Lake Park Reserve in Nininger Township, Whitetail Woods Regional Park in Empire Township, and adjacent to the Empire Township Composting

Facility.

Bid proposals will be OPENED and read publicly at 9:00 a.m. on the aforesaid date at the Dakota County Government Center, 14955 Galaxie Avenue, Conference Room 334, Apple Valley, MN 55124.

The Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider contract awards at a public meeting at 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 22, 2012, in the Board Room, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 West Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota.

Specifications may be examined and secured at the office of the Dakota County Western Service Center,

14955 Galaxie Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124. The Dakota County Physical Development Division will have copies of the specifications for examination only.
