Letter: A letter to teens in Hastings
To the teens of Hastings:
To the teens of Hastings,
I need you to be in school each of your healthy days.
I need you to learn domestic basics.
I need you to learn how to budget money.
I need you to learn how to choose foods that are good for you.
I need you to volunteer in your neighborhood, helping youngsters.
I need you to respect the learning process.
I need you to ask questions of family and friends in order to develop critical thinking for the future.
I need you to demonstrate good citizenship.
I need you to be responsible for your own actions.
Believe that you are needed. You are so valuable. I need you oh, how I need you! Stay around!
P.S. Dear parents: when was the last time you needed your kids?
