Michael J. "Mike" Schaack, age 97, of Hastings, died Nov. 27 at the Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.

The funeral Mass was held Nov. 30 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Hastings. Interment followed in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hastings Family Service.
