Raiders stay undefeated, now 3-0-1

The Hastings girls hockey team improved to 3-0-1 on the season with a pair of impressive wins last week.

The Hastings girls hockey team improved to 3-0-1 on the season with a pair of impressive wins last week.

On Saturday, Hastings beat Burnsville, 3-2.

On Tuesday, the Raiders beat Stillwater, 1-0.

In the matchup against the Blaze on Saturday, Hastings fell behind 2-0 after one period.

Hastings rallied to tie the game in the second period. The Raiders got on the board at 4:18 on a goal by Sami Claussen, assisted by Natalie Simons and Kiki Radke.

The game-tying score was notched by Simons, assisted by Claussen and Radke. It was scored on the power play at 9:19.

In the third period, Hastings got the game-winning goal at 12:14. It was scored by Kit Ruedy, assisted by Anna Williams and Danielle Duffy.

Brooke Weber played in goal for Hastings and earned the win.

On Tuesday night, Hastings beat Stillwater, 1-0.

The game’s only goal was scored by Radke in the first period. She was assisted by Simons and Claussen.
