Good news reports were presented. The following Consent Agenda items were approved: minutes, personnel, bills to be paid, investment report, petty cash and wire transfers. Recommended actions approved: Revenue and Expenditure Report, Renewal of Life, AD&D and LTD Group Insurance. Adjournment at 5:01 PM.
