Letter: In support of Mike Slavik

To the editor,

I witnessed the dedication of Mike Slavik to the residents of the Hastings community at the time of a street improvement project on West Eighth and Eddy streets several years ago. When concern was raised over curbside angle parking for St. John's Lutheran Church, Mike sorted through the issue with phone calls and face-to-face visits and helped to craft a resolution which provided parking for the church and retained the natural beauty of the existing historic neighborhood.

I'm confident that Mike will display the same dedication and concern to the residents of Dakota County if he is elected as a commissioner.

I fully support Mike's candidacy.
