Tracy is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and will graduate in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation-criminal justice. She is currently employed for BIC in Red Wing. Her parents are Randy and Denise Ernst of Hastings.
Eli, originally from Sheridan, Wyo., is a Navy veteran and is now going to school at Dakota County Technical College for software development and will graduate in May 2014. His parents are Kim Borsheim and Karmin Stopka of Sheridan.
