Letter: In support of Tony Nelson
Have you noticed all elect Tony Nelson signs all around town? Tony is running again for Third Ward councilman.
To the editor,
Have you noticed all elect Tony Nelson signs all around town? Tony is running again for Third Ward councilman.
Tony has served one term and is all geared up for another four years. People are saying that Tony has been good for the city of Hastings. But I might be prejudice, Tony is our son. My other son Mike and daughter Maggie and my four grandsons are all out working for Tony.
Politics must run in the family. Fifty years ago I ran for mayor of Hastings. I didn’t make it. So don’t worry, Mr. Hicks, I’m not throwing my hat in the ring.
Enough said.
