CITY OF HASTINGS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. MINOR SUBDIVISION

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 22, 2012, at 7:00 pm in the City Council

Chambers, located in Hastings City Hall, 101 4th St. E. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review a minor subdivision

request by Bruce Jorgenson to subdivide one lot into two. The property is located between 1670 Tierney Dr and 1648 Tierney Dr and has a Property ID number of 190290067021. All persons are welcome

to attend this hearing and make comment.

Before the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings Planning Department between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday with any questions. All persons are welcome to attend this
