DENMARK TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Denmark will hold public hearings at 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2012 at the Denmark Town Hall, 14008 - 90th Street S, to hear and consider the following requests:

Afton Alps, Inc.- 6600 Pellar Avenue S. Request is for a Conditional Use Permit to amend the current Planned Unit Development to include

additional uses of the property.

MRB Properties, LLC.-Michael Banaszweski-11747 Manning Avenue South. Request is for a Conditional Use Permit for the operations of a towing service and impound lot, a well drilling business and an auto

repair service.
