Letter: September is National Senior Center month
September is National Senior Center month. I would just like to comment on our Senior Center.
To the editor,
September is National Senior Center month. I would just like to comment on our Senior Center.
My husband Bob and I have belonged to our local Senior Center for seven years now. We are amazed at how the center has grown and all the programs that are now offered. It was our privilege as council members to help with the move to our newly remodeled building. It was great to help decide choice of rugs, furniture etc. and watch it all come together. We hope that people will stop by for a cup of coffee and remember there are no strangers, just friends you haven’t met yet.
