MINOR SUBDIVISION

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet on Monday, October 8, 2012, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, located in Hastings City Hall, 101 4th St. E. The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to review a minor subdivision request by Henri Valiukas to subdivide one lot into two. The property is located at 418 Vermillion Street and has a Property ID number of 193215028084. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing and make comment.
