A suspicious vehicle report at 2:52 a.m. led to a DUI arrest in the 100 block of 33rd Street.
The vehicle was parked in the drive thru of Burger King, which was closed.
The car was running.
The man’s eyes were closed.
The man needed pain stimulation to be woken from his slumber. When the man was finally awake, he said he didn’t recall how he got to Burger King.
“Your guess is as good as mine,” the man told officers.
In the man’s backseat was a 12-pack of beer. There were three cans left.
