Fall raptor release is Sept. 22 at Carpenter
Celebrate the wonders of bird migration and modern veterinary medicine by watching four to six wild birds of prey regain their freedom after being rescued and rehabilitated at The University of Minnesota Raptor Center.
Celebrate the wonders of bird migration and modern veterinary medicine by watching four to six wild birds of prey regain their freedom after being rescued and rehabilitated at The University of Minnesota Raptor Center. The release programs begin on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. but please arrive early to allow enough time to park and walk to the release site.
There will be lots to do between programs including hay wagon tours of the orchard, opportunities to learn about live birds of prey, kids activities, 4-H pie sales and more.
