NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

DENMARK TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Denmark will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on September 17, 2012 at the Denmark Town Hall, 14008 - 90th Street, to hear and consider a request from GLG Properties for an amended Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a plant nursery retail business, including the

composting and sale of finished composting products, at 7077 Manning Avenue South. Applicant is also requesting an amendment to the text of the zoning ordinance to allow for a yard waste facility with composting as an accessory use to a plant nursery in the agricultural zoning district. Subject property and business are currently owned by Buell's Limited Partnership. Interested persons are encouraged to attend.
