NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That the personal property described as follows, to wit:

will be sold at a public auction by the Dakota County Sheriff on September 27, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Three Rivers Mobile Home Park, One Shannon Drive, in the City of Hastings, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a claim which is claimed to be due thereon from Roy Babcock as the owner thereof to Three Rivers, LLP in the sum of $4,167.50 computed to the day of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and the grounds of said lien are as follows, to wit: unpaid rent and expenses of maintain and providing care of the premises from November 1, 2010 to the present date.
