NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VERMILLION TOWNSHIP, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Vermillion Town Board will hold a public hearing on September 12, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at the Vermillion Town Hall, to receive public input on the application of John Dusek, III, for a Conditional Use Permit for horse stable - commercial operations and agricultural service establishment uses on property located at 4650-200th Street East, Vermillion Township, Dakota County,

Minnesota, and lying within the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, and the

SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 29, Township 114, Range 18,

Dakota County, Minnesota.

All interested persons should attend.
