Storytimes for Hastings youths are set to resume in early September at the Pleasant Hill Library here.

All storytimes are held in the library’s meeting room. The events are free and no registration is required.

Storytime for babies is set for Monday, Sept. 10, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There will be stories, songs, bounces and playtime that make this storytime perfect for children newborn to 24 months and their caregivers.

Storytime for 2- and 3-year-olds is on Tuesday, Sept. 11, from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. There will be stories, rhymes, songs and activities selected to entertain and develop early literacy skills in toddlers.

Storytime for preschool children is on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. There will be books, music and movement to help build language and listening skills in preschoolers.
