AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

ORDINANCE NO. 2010

MIESVILLE ZONING ORDINANCE

The City Council of the City of Miesville ordains the following amendments to Ordinance No. 2010:

SECTION I. Article II Zoning Districts, Section A. Establishment of Zoning Districts and Zoning Map, Subdivision 2. Official Zoning Map, is amended by rezoning the following properties:

Dakota County PID 28-01200-60-110, except the westerly 10 feet, is rezoned from Rural Residential to Rural Business.

The northerly 110 feet of Dakota County PID 28-01200-60-110 is rezoned from Rural Residential to Agricultural Preservation.

That part of Dakota County PID 28-12100-55-015, abutting the south 220 feet of Dakota County PID 28-01200-60-110 and being 72 feet in width is rezoned from Agricultural Preservation to Rural Business.

The Official Zoning Map will be amended to reflect the above rezonings, once the parcels affected by the rezonings have been modified and recorded by the Dakota County Office of Geographic Information Systems.

SECTION II. Effective Date. Ordinance No. 2010-B was adopted by the City Council of the City Miesville this 10th day of July, 2012 and shall become effective upon its publication.
