Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree docketed in the above entitled action on the 5th day of October, 2011, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendant Stacie Ann Raak individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Dianne D. Raak, prescribed in the Order, the undersigned Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 5th day of October, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of said Sheriff's main office, 1580 Highway 55, in the City of Hastings, State of Minnesota, in said County, the premises and real estate, lying and being in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, described in said Judgment and Decree as follows, to wit:

North 40 Rods of West 20 Rods of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 20, Township 114, Range 18 (PIN: 39-02000-010-53), according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Dakota County, Minnesota, and commonly known as:

19588 Donnelly Avenue, Hastings, MN 55033-8563.
