Hollywood movie screening comes to Hastings
A special screening of the movie, “Fat Kid Rules the World,” directed by Matthew Lillard and co-produced by former Hastings resident Trent (Buddy) Bruin, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, at the Hastings Marcus Cinema.
A special screening of the movie, “Fat Kid Rules the World,” directed by Matthew Lillard and co-produced by former Hastings resident Trent (Buddy) Bruin, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, at the Hastings Marcus Cinema. Set against the backdrop of the Seattle music scene, this new movie is a coming-of-age story about two dysfunctional teenagers searching for something more out of their completely hopeless existence.
The special event is open to the community.
