Workshop at William O'Brien State Park

Frustrated with your fires flickering out? Than come on over to William O’Brien State Park on Friday, Aug. 17 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Visitor Center and discover ways to keep that fire from dwindling. Learn which fires best fit your needs. We will craft some fire starters, and try our hand at fire building.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the Visitor Center overflow parking lot. Programs are free at William O’Brien, but a state park vehicle permit is needed to enter any Minnesota State Park.

William O’Brien State Park is located two miles north of Marine on St. Croix on Highway 95. For more information, call the park at 651-433-0500.
