Letter: In support of Mike Slavik for county commissioner

To the editor,

Please join me in support for Mike Slavik in the Aug. 14 primary election for Dakota County Commissioner.

I have worked with Mike on the Hastings City Council for the last four years and have the utmost respect for him. He is knowledgeable about all of the issues the City of Hastings has and plans on what we could face in the future. Mike works on the finance committee where we have successfully kept our budget flat for the last four years, while not cutting services that are important to the residents and businesses. Mike really enjoys being involved in politics and I cannot think of anyone better to represent us at Dakota County. Mike will work hard for the area of Dakota County that Joe Harris has served in the past.

Please take a few minutes out of your busy day on Tuesday, Aug. 14, and vote for Mike Slavik in the primary election.
