NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on the 30th day of August, 2012 at 1:00pm, at the premises of Twin City Marina, 4455 64th Street East, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, the following described personal property:

Twin City Marina claims a possessory lien in the above said property pursuant to Minn. Stat. 514.18, et seq., by reason of the non-payment of charges for dockage, storage, repairs, of said property. The amount of the said lien which will be due on the date of sale inclusive of the expenses of sale and advertising. The debt upon which such lien is founded is due and has not been paid.
