Rachel Latuff was named Miss Midwest 2012 on Saturday, July 21. If she fulfills her duties as Miss Midwest 2012, she will compete in the Miss Minnesota Pageant in June 2013
Rachel Latuff was named Miss Midwest 2012 on Saturday, July 21. If she fulfills her duties as Miss Midwest 2012, she will compete in the Miss Minnesota Pageant in June 2013. Rachel is the daughter of Wendy and Scott Latuff and is a 2009 graduate of Hastings High School. She currently attends the University of Minnesota Duluth.
