CITY OF MIESVILLE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT VERMILLION BANK

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

CITY OF MIESVILLE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City Council, acting as the Planning Commission of the City of Miesville, will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012, in the Council Chambers located at the Fire Hall. The regular meeting of the City Council will follow the public hearing, which has been scheduled on Monday instead of the regular meeting on Tuesday, August 14, due to Minnesota primary elections.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider issuing a Conditional Use Permit to Vermillion State Bank for a new branch bank to be

located at 14655-240th Street East, a reconfigured 0.94-acre parcel

of land (Dakota County PID 28-01200-60-110,

currently owned by Vendrite Inc.).

All interested parties are urged to attend this hearing or submit

written comments to be read at the hearing.
