Terroristic threats and domestic assault charged
A 28-year-old Prescott man, Joseph Ryan Jay Merrow, faces charges of terroristic threats and domestic assault following an apparent assault at a Hastings residence July 14.
A 28-year-old Prescott man, Joseph Ryan Jay Merrow, faces charges of terroristic threats and domestic assault following an apparent assault at a Hastings residence July 14. According to the criminal complaints, a Hastings woman reported the incident to Prescott police and indicated that Merrow had threatened her with a knife, smashed her vehicle window causing glass to hit her arm and damaged her vehicle door. Two witnesses collaborated the report.
Merrow denied the incident and told police he had been in Prescott all day.
