UW-Madison announces spring graduates

University of Wisconsin- River Falls announces graduates

The following students from Hastings received degrees during spring commencement at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in May: Kimberly Bernardy received a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with a major in communicative disorders; Tracy Caponigri received a Master of Science degree in education with a major in fine arts secondary education; Hannah Carlson received a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business and Economics with a major in computer science and information systems; Nicole Frandrup, received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a major in chemistry; Aaron Gerlach received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture,food and environmental science with a major in agricultural business; Samuel Master received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a major in biology; Nicholas McDonald received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a major in biology (with Summa Cum Laude honors); Sara Nichols received a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business and Economics with a major in business administration; Ethan Rivard received a bachelor’s degree in food and environmental science with a major in environmental science; Michelle Schweich received a bachelor of social work degree with a major in social work; Robert Silvers received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a major in communication studies; Melinda Zimmerman received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a major in elementary education.

VonIderstine graduated from Saint Mary’s University

Patricia Ann VonIderstine graduated from Saint Mary’s University on June 3.

VonIderstine received a Master of Arts degree with a major in health and human services administration.

Wardell graduates from Alexandria Technical and Community College

Justin Wardell of Hastings received a diploma as a marine and small engine mechanic on May 9, 2012, from Alexandria Technical and Community College.

Drake names three Hastings students on president’s list

Three Hastings students were named to the Drake University president’s list for the spring 2012 semester. They are Caleb Schmotte, Emily Gjelhaug and Megan Yulga.
