The following personal property: 1987 Sea Ray Sundancer - ID No: SERM9030L687, registration No: MN6643HC (2008) - and trailer - ID: 1J246727265235423, will be sold at public auction by Dakota County Sheriff on the 27th day of July, 2012 at 10:00 am, at 3985 102nd St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due thereon from Robert Wanner as the owner thereof to River Grove Harbor, Inc for unpaid slip rental and on-site storage of said property in the sum of 2,337.80 Dollars, together with the expenses of advertising and making said sale.
