REZONE PROPERTY FROM I-1 INDUSTRIAL PARK TO DC

DOWNTOWN CORE BLOCK 16, TOWN OF HASTINGS

PARKING LOT NEAR RAIL DEPOT

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 25, 2012 in the City Council Chambers located in Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota to consider a request by the Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority (HEDRA) to amend Hastings City Code Chapter 155.01 - Official Zoning Map as follows:

Rezone property from I-1 Industrial Park to DC Downtown Core for construction of a parking lot.

The property is generally located south of 2nd Street between Tyler Street and the Canadian Pacific Railroad, legally described as Block 16, TOWN OF HASTINGS, Dakota County, MinnesotaBefore the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings Planning Department between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday with any questions. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing and make comment.
