AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS, MINNESOTA AMENDING CHAPTER 34, FEES OF THE HASTINGS CITY CODE PERTAINING TO:

CIVIC ARENA FEES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hastings as follows:

Chapter 34, Section 34.03 Fees of the Hastings City Code are hereby modified as follows:

FEES:

The Hastings Civic Arena annually increases its ice rental rates for the upcoming season. For 2012, an increase of approximately 3% has been proposed. This would increase the Prime Ice Rental from $175/hour + tax to $180/hour + tax. The Non-Prime Ice Rental would increase from $145/hour + tax to $150/hour + tax. This adjustment would be for the June, 2012 to May, 2013 Arena season.

ALL OTHER SECTIONS SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED
