Jolena Zabel performed her senior recital on Sunday, May 27, at St. Philips Lutheran church in Hastings.
Jolena Zabel performed her senior recital on Sunday, May 27, at St. Philips Lutheran church in Hastings. The presentation consisted of piano, vocal, and French horn selections. Joining her in a vocal duet was Sean Kelly, also an HHS senior. Accompanist was Doreen Swanson.
Jolena has taken piano lessons for 11 years from Janice Larsen of Hastings and has participated in many band and vocal ensembles during her years at HHS following graduation. She will attend Macalester College in St. Paul. Jolena is the daughter of Kurt and Laura Zabel.
