PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT

RIVERWOOD 9TH ADDITION

36TH STREET & VILLAGE TRAIL

Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 11, 2012 in the City Council Chambers located in Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota to consider the Preliminary and Final Plat request of Greg J Homes to reconfigure 19 townhome lots into 14 single family lots. The site is generally as follows:

The south side of 36th Street between Village Way and Southpoint Drive

The east side of Village Trail, north of 36th Street.

Before the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings Planning Department between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday with any questions. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing and make comment.
