INDEPENDENT SCHOOL

DISTRICT 200

HASTINGS, MINNESOTA

The Special Meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No.200, Hastings, Minnesota, was held on Wednesday, April 11th, 2012, in the district office board room.

Board Chair Dan Cater called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM. The following members were present: Dan Cater, Dan Greil, Lisa Hedin, Kyle Latch, Angie McGinnis, Teresa Moes, Vince O'Brien, Superintendent Collins was absent.

A motion was made by Angie McGinnis and seconded by Vince O'Brien to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all, nays none, motion carried.

Action Items

A motion was made by Vince O'Brien and seconded by Lisa Hedin to accept the bid of $1,674,00 from James Steel Construction for the Hastings Middle School Pool Renovation. Ayes all, nays none, motion carried.

A motion to adjourn was made by Kyle Latch and seconded by Teresa Moes. Ayes all, nays none, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 PM.
