Letter: Thanks for helping and taking part in Walk MS event

To the editor,

I would like to thank my friends and relatives who joined the “PJ’s” team for the Walk MS Minnesota that took place May 6. I am proud to say that Hastings was one of the 19 communities in Minnesota that participated in this event.

I am told we were the largest team with 75 participants and I greatly appreciate your support for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. You make a difference by supporting research and helping those of us with MS move forward with our lives. I personally could not do my MS journey without your encouragement and support.

I would also like to extend a special thank you to the MS sponsors and volunteers who organized this annual event.

I hope to see you all against at our 5th annual Walk MS Minnesota in 2013.
