Park gets the best of Hastings lacrosse boys

The Park Wolfpack exacted some revenge on the Hastings boys lacrosse team Monday.
Hastings had beaten Park earlier this season in the team’s first game.
This time around, Park won, 8-5.
Hastings had a 3-0 lead after the first quarter, but Park went on to score eight unanswered goals.
Late in the game, Colin Shoen scored two goals to close the gap, but it wasn’t enough. Shoen finished with three goals and four ground balls. Sam McGree scored two goals for Hastings.
Jordan Burr and Andrew Cordell each had assists.
Zach Chilson had 12 saves for Hastings.
The Hastings junior varsity team beat Park, 6-0, to improve their record to 5-4 on the season.
On Wednesday, April 25, Hastings lost to Mounds View, 8-1.
Cordell had the Hastings goal, assisted by McGree.
Chilson had nine saves.
Nick Trumble and Alex Boyer each had two ground balls.
