Notice is hereby given that the Hastings Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 14, 2012 in the City Council Chambers located in Hastings City Hall, 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings,

Minnesota to consider the Special Use Permit request of Mark and Monica Frazer to place fill within the Mississippi River Floodway adjacent to Hubs Landing generally located on the north side of the Mississippi River,

west of the TH 61 Bridge.

Before the date of the public hearing, persons may contact the Hastings

Planning Department between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday with any questions. All persons are welcome to attend this hearing

and make comment.
