BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS;

HASTINGS CITY CODE CHAPTER 34, SECTION 34.03 OF THE HASTINGS CITY CODE PERTAINING TO FEES

LICENSE FEES:

• RIGHT OF WAY/STREET OPENING PERMIT FEES SCHEDULE:

Utility Permit

Boulevard-Only Excavation, Trenchless Construction in Unimproved Street or Boulevard Area, Trenchless Crossings, or New Development pending City approval of Infrastructure $130.00

A permit is required for every 1200 Lineal Feet of utility installations or fraction thereof, and for multiple spot locations/sites falling within a 600 foot radius

General Excavation Permit

Physical disturbance/removal of any portion of an improved roadway, including curbing, by way of an open cut or trench $190.00

A permit is required for every separate excavation location not related to the same set of utility services

Boulevard Landscaping & Driveway Replacement/Modification

Grading, Excavation, and Material Removal/Replacement not disturbing an improved roadway . $70.00

A permit is required for removal, replacement, or installation of a driveway that will not require a curbing modification or replacement. Retaining walls and other physically intense landscaping items requiring heavy equipment and excavation to install within the Right-of-Way will require a permit

Your birthday pool party includes:

• Invitations for 9 guests

• Daily admission into the Hastings Family Aquatic Center for up to 10 patrons.

• Decorated reserved space for you and your guests in the concession area.

• Cake, ice cream, and a beverage for you and each of your 9 guests.

• Paper products, utensils, and decorations.

• Gift for the guest of honor.

Also Available:

• Lunch is available for an additional $3.75 per person, This includes a hot dog, bag of chips, and a beverage. Please request lunch upon your reservation.

Other General Information:

• Everyone entering the gate is considered a guest of the party, including those not wanting to swim.

• No discounts for guests who have season passes or punch cards.

• Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance of your requested date.

Cost:

• 1-10 people: $140.00. Each additional guest: $14.00/person

Option B

Your birthday pool party includes:

• Invitations for 9 guests

• Daily admission into the Hastings Family Aquatic Center for up to 10 patrons.

• Decorated reserved space for you and your guests under one funbrella

• Gift for the guest of honor.

Other General Information:

• Everyone entering the gate is considered a guest of the party, including those not wanting to swim.

• No discounts for guests who have season passes or punch cards,

• Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance of your requested date.

Cost:

• 1-10 people: $90.00 Each additional guest: $8.00/person.

This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication.

Moved by Councilmember ___________ and seconded by Councilmember ___________ to approve the Ordinance amendment, and upon being put to a vote it was adopted by a majority of all Council members present.
