Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on March 22, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Bachthuy T. Vo and Thuy L. Vo, the Sheriff of Dakota County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on June 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff's Office, 1580 Highway 55, Hastings, MN, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Dakota County, Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Windy Hill Estates, Dakota County, Minnesota
Property address: XXX Salems Church Road, Sunfish Lake, MN 55104

subject to redemption within six (6) months after confirmation of said sale.
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
