NOTICE is hereby given, the Planning Commission will hold a series of public hearings beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at the Marshan Town Hall, 12497-205th Street, located near the intersection of 205th Street and Highway 61. The regular meeting of the Planning Commission will immediately follow the public hearings.

Hearing #1. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider issuing an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to Stephen Fox, 19534 Nicolai Avenue, to operate an gutter installation "home-based non-farm business." The property is legally described as the North 200 feet of the West 770 feet of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 24, Township 114, Range 17, containing approximately 3.54 acres (PIN: 25-02400-51-020).
Hearing #2. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider issuing an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to Eugene Bauer, 10145-205th Street East, to operate a cabinet-making millwork "home-based non-farm business." The property is legally described as the East 208.5 feet of the South 523.5 feet of the West ¾ of the West ½ of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 114, Range 17, containing approximately 2.51 acres (PIN: 25-03000-04-010).
Hearing #3. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider issuing an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to Randal Gilb, 18500 Kirby Avenue, to operate a trucking business on property formerly issued a Conditional Use Permit and IUP. The property is legally described as the West 295.16 feet of the North 295.16 feet of the West ½ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 16, Township 114, Range 17, containing approximately 2.0 acres (PIN: 25-01600-51-020).
