Notice is hereby given, that the Douglas Township Planning Commission

will hold a series of two public hearings, beginning at

6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012.

Hearing 1# will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this Public

Hearing is to hear public comment on an application by Molitor Brothers Farm. Molitor Brothers Farm has applied to receive a Conditional Use

Permit to move a mobile home onto the farm property located at 13187 240th St E., Cannon Falls, MN 55009, for farm labor housing.

Hearing 2# will begin immediately after the first hearing is completed.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comment on a

Conditional Use Permit application by John and Anne Paradis to increase their Adult Foster Care to 7 adults living in their home located at

10207 ½ 230th ST. East. Hastings MN 55033.
