DISTRICT 200

HASTINGS, MINNESOTA

The Special Meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No.200, Hastings, Minnesota, was held on Wednesday, February 23, 2012, in the district office board room.

Board Chair Dan Cater called the meeting to order at 7:15 AM. The following members were present: Dan Cater, Dan Greil, Lisa Hedin, Kyle Latch, Teresa Moes, Vince O'Brien and Superintendent Collins, Angie McGinnis was absent.

A motion was made by Dan Greil and seconded by Kyle Latch to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all, nays none, motion carried.

Action Items

A motion was made by Teresa Moes and seconded by Kyle Latch to approve the 2011-2013 Teachers' Master Agreement. Dan Cater, Lisa Hedin, Kyle Latch, Teresa Moes, Vince O'Brien voted in favor, Dan Greil voted against, motion carried.

A motion to adjourn was made by Vince O'Brien and seconded by Lisa Hedin. Ayes all, nays none, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:23 AM.
