Lawson Strand, infant

Lawson Charles Strand, 6-1/2 months old, son of Alicia Nelson-Strand and Kenneth Strand, born Sept. 17, 2011, died at 10:37 p.m. April 8, 2012.

Preceded in death by grandfather Greg Strand of Duluth.

Survived by parents and brother, Brayden Strand, of Hastings; grandparents Mary Beth Strand of Duluth; Tom and Shawna Nelson of Hastings; aunt, Alicia (Jason) Sebok of Duluth; uncle, Axi Nelson of London, England; great-grandparents Dorothy Jacobson of Duluth, Warren and Luella Nelson of Hastings, and Larry and Cheryl Schuttler of Grafton, Iowa.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, Hastings, with visitation for 2 hours prior.

Arrangements are with Mueller Memorial of East St. Paul, Minn.
