Police respond on report of juvenile dropping his pants as vehicles pass by

A witness reported seeing a young Hastings juvenile pulling his pants down as vehicles drove by March 29. As the vehicles passed, the male was pretending to masturbate. The call came in at 7:28 p.m. in the 800 block of General Sieben Drive.
Officers have not yet located the man.
The matter is under investigation.
