NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Denmark Township Planning

Commission will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the Denmark Town Hall located at 14008 90th Street South, Hastings, MN for the purpose of hearing, considering, and making a

recommendation to the Town Board regarding proposed amendments to the Denmark Township Development Code. The amendments deal with locally issuing and administering electrical permits and inspections,

requiring "as built" drawings of plat improvements and residential

structures built on platted lots, amending the fee schedule,

and certain minor clarifications.

A copy of the proposed amendments can be obtained by

contacting the Town Clerk/Treasurer.
