Letter: Sieben wrong about job creation

Senator Sieben gave a report on how she wants the government to create jobs. Only human beings create jobs! How many jobs and how much they pay depends on how much money people have left after taxes. People create jobs based upon what makes them happy, food, clothing, shelter, medical care, charity, entertainment, energy etc. are things that make people happy. Politicians are people, what makes them happy is getting elected. If we allow politician to “invest” our money they will spend it on “jobs” that help them get elected. The money they “invest” in their election is money you can’t spend on real jobs.
